Establishing a company in Hungary

Our company provides comprehensive services all over Hungary regarding the registry of companies with an official Hungarian residence.
We undertake:

Time required for the registry process: We send an e-mail or fax about the information required for the documents, the documents can be signed within three days after we receive the information The company can start operating right after signing the documents The company is entered in the commercial register within five days of signing the documents
Information and documents needed: Information reqired in our questionnaire, The founders' personal information; for companies, a copy of the register (no older than three months) and its official translation Certificate of ownership of the property of the official residence and the place of business
Costs 15.000 HUF registration fee 4.000 HUF for each property ownership certificate 80.000 HUF + GST/VAT attorney's fee 3.000 HUF +GST/VAT per hour interpreter's fee, Travelling expenses based on distance from our office in case the documents are not signed in our office, Translation expenses if the founders want a translation of the documents The accounting fee starts from 10.000 HUF +GST/VAT per month, and depends upon the number of employees and bills, The residence service starts from 10.000 HUF + GST/VAT per month and depends on the services actually provided, such as the fee of the post-office box and other postal fees.
Additional information: A limited company can be founded by only one person. A limited partnership company can be founded by a minimum of two people (no Hungarian citizen member required) The minimal equity of a limited company is 500.000 HUF . Limited partnership companies have no required minimum equity. The equity is not required to be put in a bank. It is enough if the representative of the company acknowledge the fact of the payment in writing. Opening a bank account is compulsory. It is compulsory to put up a sign of the company at the residence. At the time of the foundation of the company, an EU tax registration number can be requested. It is not necessary to participate personally in the process. The procedure is possible to be completed by power of attorney. The document of the power of attorney can be signed abroad at a consulate. The number of activities to be undertaken by a company is not limited. However, activities that require the approval of an authority (e.g. health care, gambling) can be undertaken only after receiving the necessary permits.
